Wine & Dine Evening at Rossini's on March 27, 2014

Join us for a relaxed evening of fine wines and gourmet Italian cuisine at Rossini’s.

On Thursday March 27, Chef Paride will serve an enticing 4-course set menu of his modern Italian cuisine at a special “Wine & Dine Evening at Rossini’s”. Each course will offer a choice of three outstanding dishes including slow cooked wild salmon, baby beetroot and asparagus, a rich and creamy risotto with faza beans and taleggio cheese, succulent seared lamb loin with peperonata, and fillet of black cod with potato foam and Taggiasche olives. Each delicious dish will be paired with wines from the “primoVino by Rossini’s” cellar.

At the memorable evening guests can dine at their leisure from 18:00 - 22:00 hrs.
