From Sunday to Thursday, enjoy a feast of
appetizers and desserts at Orchid Café’s new buffet experience for just Baht
750++ per person. For an additional Baht 230++, diners can indulge
in a choice of 6 main course dishes including grilled meat, pasta, baked
fish of the day, and more.
The new buffet experience
includes an array of Thai and international hot and cold appetizers and salads
such as lemongrass and kaffir lime marinated salmon, crisp green salads
leaves with dressings such as Caesar, thousand island, and balsamic,
and condiments including capers, dill pickles, and creamed
horseradish. There’re also Ardennes ham, salami and cedarwood
smoked duck cold cuts to accompany delights such as Caprese mozzarella
cheese and tomato with basil, squid with preserved lemon and Italian parsley
vinaigrette, new potato salad with scallions, soft boiled eggs
and smoked trout, and congigelle pasta salad with pesto Genovese, sun
dried tomatoes and zucchini. Exotic Middle Eastern dishes include hummus
and baba ganoush, and there are also authentic Thai favorites such as mango
salad with crispy fish, spicy pomelo salad, and wok-fried
vegetable spring rolls.
The buffet dinner also includes
artisan breads such as rustic country bread and rye caraway bread,
fresh tropical fruits, and desserts including chocolate mud pie, Amaretto
cheesecake, mango and sticky rice, and homemade ice cream.
For an additional Baht 230++
per person, diners can also choose one special main
dish of the day cooked to order to complement the bountiful buffet. Options
include succulent grilled Australian rib eye or Norwegian salmon with
mushroom sauce, whipped potato and seasonal vegetables. There is
also a choice of baked barramundi with seafood bisque, or baked wild
mushrooms and Parmesan cream lasagna with Pachino tomato compote, and more.
With one outstanding grilled dish served each day, it the perfect choice for a
memorable dinner.

the Orchid Café is just Baht 750++ for adults and Baht 450++ for children.
