As the cool season approaches, chill-out at the The Sala’s enchanting tropical garden for an essential gourmet dinner. Our renowned “Poolside Barbecue under the Stars” is the perfect venue to enjoy delicious meats and seafood from the grill.

In a relaxed poolside setting savor barbecue delights with a choice ofLebanese shish tawouk skewers, Norwegian salmon steaks, authentic Indian tandoori paneer and more. Enhance your appetite with succulent Australian sirloin steak, Kurabota pork chops, a selection of premium quality rib eye of Wagyu beef and Boston lobster, proposed with a supplement. The full experience is completed with appetizers, a salad bar, and an exquisite dessert array.
“Poolside Barbecue under the Stars” also features the authentic cuisine of India’s culinary arts master, Chef Janmejoy Sen, who has over two decades of experience and an exceptional culinary pedigree that has seen him work with some of the most revered chefs in India. At The Sala diners can discover his exquisite regional Indian dishes and specialties pulled hot from the tandoori oven.

This cool season, enjoy evenings of romance and gourmet delights at our renowned “Barbecue under the Stars,” served daily at The Sala from 19.00 until 22.00 hours.


Diners can also enjoy free flow beer or wine for an additional Baht 799 per person.
