Growing
his talent at the singing class of the Serge Rachmaninoff Conservatorium,
mastering classical guitar with Maestro Jean-Luc Derhy and perfecting his
lyrical voice with the famous Czech Tenor Dr. Alexandre Bohr, the talented
French-Thai Opera singer Yves Baron has traveled the world to share his passion
for classical music and opera where people expect it the least.
At
“Dine in the Dark” guest will have the opportunity to free themselves from the
preconceptions governed by sight, and awaken their senses while enjoying each
dish carefully curated by our talented Chefs. It’s an authentic and intense
experience that encourages diners to interact and share at a complete new
