Chef Kesinee welcomes diners back to basil with truly exceptional dishes that focus on the array of fragrant herbs or samunprai used in Thai cuisine. The gifted chef has chosen many of the diner’s favorite dishes from her popular series of special menus that turned the spotlight on the most essential herbs and spices.

Highlights on basil’s carefully balanced menu will include herb-rich dishes such as yum hoy shell yang krachai krob, spicy grilled fresh scallops salad with crispy Chinese keys.
