Chef Kesinee's Kaffir Lime Cuisine at basil


Throughout February at basil, Chef Kesinee invites diners to discover the latest of her popular menus that highlight essential Thai ingredients. This month she draws inspiration from kaffir lime. Notable dishes includesaeng wah ped, spicy duck breast salad with spring onion and kaffir lime, and the delicious yam hua plee goong mangkorn, kaffir lime spiced lobster with banana blossom salad.

There’s also tod man talay, kaffir lime spiced shrimp, mussel and tiger prawn patties with coconut palm hearts, fragrant gaeng khua nua, southern style beef rib eye curry spiced with galangal and kaffir lime, and many more exceptional dishes made with premium quality ingredients.

basil is open for dinner from 18.00 - 22.30 hours Monday - Sunday.
