The cuisine of the Middle East, like the region itself, is rich in variety, intriguing, and undeniably exotic. From August 17- 31, 2013, Orchid Café welcomes Chef Anwar Al Sharief from the St. Regis Doha in Qatar.
With his secret spice blends from the souk, he will create a feast of Arabian delights for the lunch and dinner buffets. Diners can savor feta bel al snobar, traditional slow cooked chickpeas with tahini and yoghurt, shrimp moutafa, sautéed shrimp with pomegranate, lamb ouzi, fragrantly spiced whole lamb and saffron seafood.
