Affectionately known as “New York’s Jazz Diva”, Pucci Amanda Jhones takes to the stage of Bangkok’s premiere jazz venue, The Living Room for a much anticipated residency from December 6, 2012 – January 27, 2013.
Pucci Amanda Jhones has a well-deserved reputation among the jazz cognoscenti for her highly original voice. Highlights during her extraordinary musical career have included opening for the legendary trumpeter Dizzy Gillespie and Stanley Turrentine. Her latest CD, "Wild is the Wind," features inspired takes of 12 timeless jazz standards, all enriched by the inimitable Pucci’s touch.
Here in Bangkok, Pucci has chosen the intimate surroundings of The Living Room to captivate an appreciative audience with her enchanting voice. During her residency she will perform with the Randy Cannon Group.
