Guests at BarSu will enjoy Robertson Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2009 with an enticing Swiss cheese and turkey Cordon Bleu with fig purée and mint mesclun, a gently oaked Robertson Winery Chardonnay 2009 served with cured ocean trout sesame bagels dill and beurre blanc foam, the Robertson Winery Pinotage 2010 paired with a sweet corn flan and red beet crab bisque and a crispy crab stick, and more.
