BarSu’s creative chefs have introduced delicious new dishes to complement the cool club’s extensive menu of signature cocktails and fine wines. Fresh, flavorsome and designed for sharing, the irresistible new temptations on the menu include crisp tomato bruschetta, the classic combination ofSerrano ham and melon, the all-time favorite of potato fries or wedges with a dip of aioli and heirloom tomato ketchup.
There are also delicious panko-crusted chicken lollipops with katsu dip, and spice-rubbed lamb chops a la plancha with harissa chilli paste. Clubbers with a healthy appetite can order from “The Big One”, a choice of hearty dishes including rib-eye steak with fries and a rocket salad, and savor a “Sweet Savory” selection with the heavenly liquid center chocolate cake accompanied by white chocolate ice cream and raspberries.
