Two Inspired Italian Chefs, One Inspiring New Menu at Rossini’s

A culinary collaboration of two inspired chefs, Rossini's Chef Stefano Merlo and Michelin-starred Chef Alfredo Russo of Il Dolce Stil Novo in Turin, draw on Italy's rich food heritage to produce a distinctly modern menu.
Dishes include antipasti and salads such as the delicious lobster salad with chickpeas and green pepper emulsion, and smoked cod with fennel salad and juniper berries. Vegetarian options include Chef Alfredo's autumnal polenta with a porcini and chanterelle ragu. Available as a starter or main course, pasta dishes include Chef Stefano's ravioli with crab meat and broccoli, hand-rolled pici pasta with prawn, asparagus and licorice, and rich and satisfying pansotti filled with roasted veal and truffles sauce, and more. The inspired menu also includes exceptional mains such as rack of lamb with Savoy cabbage and mustard, and citrus scented duck leg.
