Every evening the relaxed dining experience serves a choice of premium quality barbecued meats and fresh seafood, crisp salads, and garnishes. Specialities from the international grill include Cajun chicken wings, Lebanese shish tawouk, Korean and American style barbecued ribs, Italian pork sausages, Caribbean seafood skewers, prime Australian steaks, and a tandoori oven offering fasty Indian dishes. There’s also our à la carte menu serving Thai and Western favourites. Favourite appetizers from the buffet include smoked salmon and gravlax, gazpacho, pasta salad, buttered corn on the cob, and much more.
Barbecue under the Stars is served daily at The Sala from 18:30 until 22:00 hrs.
Price: Baht 1,200 or Baht 550 per person for the appetizer buffet only and Baht 650 per child. Diners can also enjoy free flow beer or wine for an additional Baht 600 per person.
