Rossini’s Chef Stefano Merlo embraces seasonal produce with special set and a la carte menus of gourmet truffle and mushroom dishes.

The four course set dinner menu is just Baht 2,600 and includes scallop with parma ham, porcini mushroom and truffle, delicious homemade ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and egg yolk and shaved white truffle, a perfectly cooked barramundi fillet with black truffle, asparagus and foie gras mousse, and the indulgent dessert of warm dark chocolate cake with truffle ice cream followed by coffee or tea and biscotti.

A la carte selections include comforting polenta with a chanterelle and porcini mushroom ragout, a deeply satisfying risotto with truffles and pork cheek ham, tender veal fassona tagliata with porcini mushrooms, and more.
