Chef Alfredo is overseeing the culinary evolution of Rossini's and has introduced signature dishes to the menu and created special a la carte menus. Rossini's is also the only restaurant in Bangkok with a cellar of wines by Chef Alfredo.
The fresh and exciting menus include an appetizer of sweet Gorgonzola cheese with beetroot emulsion. Lovers of seafood can savor creamed potato with scallop carpaccio, Sicilian capers, herbs and aromatic oil, and scrambled eggs with sea urchin. Other delicacies include Wagyu beef with pickled vegetables and herbs ‘demi-sec style', and the dessert, compression of rum pineapple or coconut and coffee croquant.
The wine dinner on Friday, July 29th, Chef Alfredo's Michelin star cuisine will be paired with exceptional wines from Montepeloso Winery. Chef Alfredo's 5-course wine dinner menu will include lightly marinated and lightly smoked salmon with chive ice cream, and polenta with chanterelles and porcini ragout, cream and Parmesan cheese fondue. Other highlights include rice, mint and red wine, and the dessert, whipped tiramisu.
