Rossini's new chef, Stefano Merlo invites you to discover the authentic cuisine of Italy.
Chef Stefano hails from Venetro in northeast Italy and has a life-long passion for food. He has worked at Enoteca Pinchiorri, one of the finest Italian restaurants in Japan, and at the revered three-star Michelin restaurant, Le Calandre in Italy.

Over the coming months, Chef Stefano will work closely with Chef Alfredo Russo to create an unforgettable dining experience at Rossini's award-winning restaurants.
